Mind Body Music LLC Payment Plan Policy:

Overview: 

Payment plans are offered in good faith.Mind Body Music LLC  utilizes Stripe to process recurring monthly payments for this program. By completing your payment and registration, you acknowledge that you are agreeing to authorize your card for the stated payment plan or PIF price that you are choosing, and that will be automatically deducted from your card.  

Definition of Past Due Payments:

Payments are considered past due (1) business day after the due date. If your initial payment fails, Stripe will attempt to collect payment 23 hours after. If the second payment fails, a new payment arrangement will need to be created. 

Past Due Payment Policy: 

Once your payment is (3) business days past due, your access to live mentorship from Mind Body Music LLC will be tentatively revoked until payment is received. This includes removal from online groups, zoom calls, or any other spaces in which the private mentorship extends. After (7) business days, you will be permanently removed from the program. The company reserves the right to collect missed payments and may charge additional fees if the past due payment is considered egregious.

Refunds: 

Due to the nature of the services provided, there are no refunds, transfers or cancellations. Mind Body Music LLC does not issue refunds due to lack of attendance in program, scheduling conflicts, overcommitting, or personal disagreements. By signing up for this program, you acknowledge you are ready to complete the full investment and that there will be no refunds issued. 

Client/Customer Status: 

If you have been permanently removed from any Mind Body Music LLC programs due to non-payment, you are not eligible for good faith payment plans in the future. If you do decide to enroll in another program, you must pay-in-full and/or remit all payments prior to services or digital products being rendered.

False chargebacks or disputes towards Heather Christie or Mind Body Music LLC via any payment processors are required to be paid back within 5 business days and can result in a permanent ban and block. 

Scope of Program:  You are enrolling in an online program led by Heather Christie of Mind Body Music LLC, which begins after your payment is made or on the advertised start date.  

We hold integrity as one of our highest values. By making this investment, you are providing the electronic equivalent of your signature and assert that you have read this and agree to the terms and conditions on this check-out page.
